Job Description:The Cinematographer will be responsible for planning, filming, and producing high-quality visual content for Mynd & Bloom, covering the brand, product lines, the founder’s personal brand, and community-led wellness initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of visual storytelling, premium lifestyle aesthetics, and digital-first video execution suited for commercial campaigns, brand films, long-form podcast content, and short-form social content.The Cinematographer will work closely with the Founder, Marketing Team, and Visual Design Team to conceptualize and execute visual assets that align with brand identity and communication strategy. The role demands hands-on involvement in pre-production planning, on-ground shoot execution, and post-production editing to ensure consistency, quality, and production-ready outcomes.This position includes responsibility for:Product Cinematography: Executing premium tabletop, lifestyle, and commercial product shoots for campaigns, digital ads, packaging videos, and retail storytelling.Founder-Focused Content: Creating personal brand content including interviews, reels, behind-the-scenes documentation, value-driven educational content, and leadership positioning visuals.Podcast Filming: Capturing mental-wellness-focused podcast sessions using multi-camera setups, ensuring cinematic lighting, clean audio coordination, and structured storytelling composition.Event and Community Documentation: Filming brand-hosted workshops, retail pop-ups, and community engagement activities and converting them into brand-building content, highlight reels, and digital stories.Digital Content Execution: Developing platform-optimized content formats for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and paid marketing channels following trend intelligence and audience behavior insights.The Cinematographer will also oversee the organization of footage, media management, editing pipelines, and quality control for final output delivery. The role offers cross-functional creative exposure with the design and content teams to bring a 360-degree visual language to life across the brand.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong visual sensitivity, clear technical understanding, a structured creative process, and the ability to combine brand storytelling with digital relevance and execution precision.
