Roles and Responsibilities: Ensuring Management in Place, Performance oriented Culture, benchmarking of best people practices with focus on employee wellness and enhanced Productivity targets. Will be responsible for managing end to end HR Processes for the SBU including manpower numbers, cost, productivity, benchmarking, automation and industrial relations. Championing Business Partner Capability by complying to the Framework requirements – Right MIP and its tracking, entry level qualifications, skill assessment, leadership engagement with top business partners and grievance management. Ensuring 100% achievement of BP consolidation targets as jointly driven by HR & Commercial – Harmonizing entry level terms and conditions at Contract level to ensure proactive approach and enhancement of diversity deployment. Ensuring all Digital solutions are in place to enhance HR efficiency – for both Direct and Indirect employees. Ensuring Business Risk Management by ensuring all legal compliances, maintaining adequate Stakeholder connects to ensure peaceful industrial relations scenario and Business continuity. Capability building with impetus on Operational Excellence, Digital & Innovation prowess. Qualification & Experience: MBA/MSW HR with 12+ years of relevant experience.
