Roles and Responsibilities : Ensure General and Preventive Maintenance of Plant Machinery & utilities. To lead for engineering function for entire site including project planning, New project execution and maintenance etc. Preparation of monthly engineering reports and effective monitoring of energy resources for reducing energy cost and monitor the manpower and accurate utilization for completing departmental tasks. Responsible for Calibration, Validation, Qualification Protocol & Reports. Operation & maintenance of HVAC BMS system . To work as per cGMP guidelines and upkeep the HVAC facility and all-time readiness for audit. Implementation of periodical servicing, annual maintenance, and other Engineering related works Should have practical knowledge of electrical-mechanical industrial engineering equipment installation & commissioning, Should be well equipped with Operation & maintenance, process piping, utility equipment & HVAC Installation & commissioning. Developing and Managing contract with vendor,ensuring timely availability of equipments, Spare parts, services and consumable to facilitate smooth execution. Execute activities & deliverables and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Execute GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation. Lead work area and ensure personal safety and whole execution activity should be performed as per site safety compliance and procedures. Well knowledge of ETP plant and AHU operation is preferred. Work in Autocad, and other QMS softwares. To use the problem-solving tools to find out the root cause of any failure and implement the CAPA accordingly. Also has to take care of the operation and maintenance of remaining utilities like Chillers, hot water pumps, cooling towers, air compressors, Boilers, Water systems, ETP, Fire pump house, Electrical systems, safety compliance activities. Knowledge Required 1. 10-12 years of experience in Formulation Pharmaceutical Plant. 2. Minimum of 10-12 years of experience with Electrical & Mechanical installation, calibration, troubleshooting, HVAC O&M and Area Validation. 3. Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions.

Role & responsibilities Supervise and ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, ducting, and cleanroom environment controls. Ensure compliance of HVAC systems with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., cGMP, WHO, USFDA, EU-GMP). Monitor temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and air changes in cleanrooms. Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems to minimize downtime. Participate in HVAC-related qualification and validation activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ). Roles and Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality HVAC design projects on time. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management skills. Conduct heat load calculations, select chillers, ducting systems, and other equipment for commercial buildings. Create detailed designs using Revit software (Revit MEP)/ Auto CAD for HVAC systems in various building types. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in HVAC engineering or related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, REVIT MEP, BIM tools; knowledge of HVAC design principles and practices.

Role Purpose: To perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) at client facilities, ensuring optimal system performance and a safe, comfortable environment within managed properties. Key Responsibilities: • HVAC System Maintenance Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair work on all HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units, split ACs, and ventilation systems . Ensure routine servicing of air filters, belts, and motors, and check refrigerant levels. Diagnose operational issues, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs or part replacements. Installation & Commissioning Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new HVAC equipment as per design standards. Ensure systems are calibrated and tested for optimal performance before handover. Monitoring & Troubleshooting Monitor temperature controls, pressure gauges, and system logs to detect malfunctions. Respond to breakdown calls, attend to complaints, and rectify HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime. Documentation & Reporting Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts usage . Provide daily/weekly reports to the technical supervisor/facility manager regarding system performance and maintenance work done. Safety & Compliance Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards while handling HVAC systems. Ensure proper use of PPE and safety practices during maintenance and repair activities. Key Competencies & Skills: Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls . Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment. Basic understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and capable of handling site-related technical tasks. Qualifications & Experience: Education: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical / Electrical Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance within facility management, real estate, or commercial buildings .
