MECHANICAL REFRIGERATION ENGINEER FOR DESIGNING OF REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Refrigeration systems for Super market

2. Exposure to different refrigerants like NH3, R-22, R-134a, R407A/407C, R507, R448A/R449A and R404A.

Compressors, High Pressure and low pressure vessels, Oil Separators, Pressure drop calculation for Piping, Condenser, Evaporators and other Heat Exchangers for Refrigeration system.

4. Understanding the Engineering drawings, analytical reports, design calculations and Concepts.

Stop valves, Control valves (electrical & mechanical), filter dryers

6. Should have experience in system balancing and able to work in computer simulation and selection tools like Compressors, Heat exchangers, Condenser, other major Refrigeration equipment.

7. Need to be good experience in Thermal load calculations, thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.

Auto-CAD/ Draft sight

BOM for entire Refrigeration

Windows Office and ERP software

ASHRAE, ASME

12. Suggest performance improvement ideas back to design.

Mechanical Engineering

• Very good basics in Refrigeration concepts and heat load calculations.
• Understanding of Electrical Controls and components in Refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
