Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of utility equipment such as compressors, boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines.
Handle installation, alignment, and fitting of mechanical components and machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in production and utility systems.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and hygiene standards in all maintenance work.
Support production teams during equipment changeovers and setups.
Inspect and service water treatment plants, air handling units, and other critical utilities.
Assist in energy conservation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with engineers and vendors for spare parts procurement and technical support.

Required Skills

Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
Logical thinking.
Organizing.
Good in communication.
