Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Review 52-week maintenance tracker (OEM & in-house).
Communicate changes to site leads in a timely manner.
Map resources at all DC sites as per contractual obligations.
Prepare 12-month training schedule covering technical and soft skills (incident management, behavior).
Conduct technical evaluations of reporting resources.
Ensure permanent restoration of faults at all times.
Manage spares, inventory, and improvement projects.
Update asset inventory and ensure all assets are maintained in good condition.
Monitor DG diesel consumption and efficiency (CPH & KWH/Ltr).
Implement EHS and quality guidelines.
Lead energy conservation initiatives.

Compliance & Audits:

Review critical spares availability at sites.
Conduct audits to ensure quality of work, especially preventive and corrective maintenance.
Report all work-related injuries and fire incidents on time.
Ensure proper use of PPEs by all resources.
Review compliance documentation and periodic reports with customers.

Vendor & Customer Management:

Conduct performance reviews of all AMC vendors.
Maintain regular periodic review meetings with customers.
Visit sites quarterly for operation review and technical emergencies.
