Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the digital transformation journey of our 100-bedded multispecialty hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing and integrating CRM, ERP and Call Center Solutions while leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize patient acquisition, hospital operations, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Technology Implementation & Integration

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Zoho CRM and ERP Next (or similar stacks).
  • Integrate CRM/ERP with call center dialers, WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways, PABX, and hospital information systems (HIS).
  • Ensure data interoperability between departments (IPD, OPD, labs, pharmacy, radiology, ICU, billing, etc.).

AI & Automation

  • Deploy AI-based virtual assistants for patient queries, appointment booking, and feedback.
  • Implement AI transcription tools (e.g., Whisper API) for OPD/IPD/OT documentation.
  • Use AI/ML to optimize resource planning, reduce patient no-shows and improve marketing ROIs.

Digital Marketing & Growth Enablement

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to track the patient journey via CRM.
  • Develop tech stack for performance-based digital campaigns, patient segmentation and retargeting.
  • Build analytics dashboards for real-time decision-making on campaigns, ROI and lead conversion.

Data Security & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA/NDHM guidelines and hospital IT security protocols.
  • Implement role-based access controls, data backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Team Leadership

  • Train and manage a technical team (developers, IT support, analysts).
  • Act as a liaison between hospital management, marketing and tech teams to align goals.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of hospital workflows and healthtech tools.
  • Expertise in CRM (Zoho, Salesforce) and ERP (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP) platforms.
  • Experience with Twilio/Exotel or similar dialers, ChatGPT/Whisper APIs, and WhatsApp integrations.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta platforms, and lead tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, vendor negotiation, and project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics or related field.
  • Preferred: Certification in CRM, ERP systems or AI/ML.
