Job Summary: The Head of Staff and CEO Office will serve as a key advisor to the Chief Managing Director, overseeing operations within the CEO office and managing staff to ensure strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Assist the CMD in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making (Quarterly reports). Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the CEO office, ensuring efficient workflow. Implement processes to enhance productivity and communication within the office (Review bi-annually). P&L presentation to CMD. Team Leadership: Supervise the CEO office staff and facilitate professional development (Conduct quarterly performance reviews). Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Project Oversight: Manage special projects as assigned by the CMD, ensuring timely and successful completion (Define project timelines with completion dates). Track progress and report on project status, challenges, and outcomes (Monthly updates). Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate communication between the CEO office and other departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals (Ongoing). Prepare briefing materials and presentations for meetings with stakeholders and the board (Weekly preparation). Measurable Deliverables: Achieve 100% on-time delivery for strategic initiative reports. Ensure a 90% employee satisfaction rate within the CEO office team. Successfully complete 100% of assigned projects within agreed timelines. Maintain a stakeholder satisfaction rating of 85% or higher through feedback surveys. Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration or related field. 8+ years of experience in a corporate environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
