It is a fully Integrated business of 150 KTPA Ferro-Chrome production capacity with 1.65 MTPA ROM Production along with 6 Own Mines and a 100 MW Power Plant. Roles And Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies
• Align security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Protect company site, equipment, minerals, and personnel from theft, vandalism, and trespassing
• Oversee access control, surveillance systems, perimeter security, and emergency response protocols
• Safeguard digital infrastructure, including operational technology and IT systems.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
• Develop mitigation strategies for operational, strategic, and financial risks
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws, especially related to environmental, safety, and data protection regulations
• Lead crisis response efforts during incidents like fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches
• Maintain and update business continuity and disaster recovery plan
• Conduct security awareness programs for employees
• Train staff on emergency procedures, cybersecurity hygiene, and physical safety

Desired Attributes:

• Ex- defence personnel having minimum 12 years' experience
• Exposure in Industrial Security having knowledge of modern security equipment, deployment and monitoring Strong leadership skills and go getter attitude with good communication able to engage with multiple stakeholder interpersonal skills.
