About Gomini We're revolutionizing rural India by transforming indigenous cow adoption from charity into sustainable investment. Through blockchain technology and IoT tracking, we connect urban adopters with rural custodians, creating transparent revenue streams while preserving India's endangered cow breeds. Think Tesla's approach to sustainability, but for agriculture and rural empowerment. The Mission We're not looking for another corporate sales executive who plays it safe. We need a sales gladiator who can build revenue streams from zero, lead by crushing their own targets, and scale a team that operates like a precision instrument. If you think you can earn your living purely on your sales skills and have the battle scars to prove it, keep reading. What You'll Own You'll be responsible for generating revenue through two critical channels: Retail customers and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives . This isn't about managing existing accounts - this is about creating something from nothing and turning it into a revenue engine that scales exponentially. Your primary mission is building a robust affiliate system that can identify, refer, and facilitate first conversations with high-value prospects. You'll create a network of affiliates who become extensions of our sales force, generating qualified leads while you focus on closing deals and scaling the operation. Your mission includes building and leading a sales organization where performance is the only currency that matters. You'll establish sales processes, identify market opportunities, and execute with the kind of precision that turns prospects into customers and customers into advocates. Non-Negotiable Requirements 10+ years of startup experience with a proven track record. We don't care about your MBA or where you went to school. We care about results. Show us the companies you've helped scale, the revenue you've generated, and the teams you've built from the ground up. You must be able to lead by example and performance. If you can't close deals yourself, you can't teach others to close deals. Period. Experience in retail partnerships and CSR sales is highly preferred , but we'll take a sales assassin who can adapt over someone with perfect industry experience but mediocre results.
