We're not just building a business—we're creating a movement that preserves cultural heritage, empowers rural communities, and establishes a new asset class rooted in spiritual capital and measurable impact.


We operate with the execution intensity of Tesla and the category-creation vision of Apple. This is not a typical sales role. This is a founding opportunity to architect the revenue engine that will scale Gomini from zero to ₹100+ crore ARR.


The Opportunity

This role is for someone who sees sales not as a job, but as a craft. Someone who believes that the right systems, executed with discipline, can move mountains.


What You'll Build


Months 1-3: Prove the Model

  • Close ₹50+ lakh in personal revenue while building the foundational sales playbook
  • Create scripts, objection handlers, email sequences, and collateral from scratch
  • Master Zoho CRM as your operating system—every action, every insight, logged and tracked
  • Test every message, every channel, every approach until you find what converts

Months 4-6: Build Your First Squad

  • Hire and train your first 10 sales reps using the playbook you've validated
  • Hit ₹2+ crore in team revenue while continuing to close your own deals
  • Design compensation structures that attract high-performers and align incentives
  • Establish daily rhythms, weekly reviews, and accountability systems

Months 7-12: Scale the Machine

  • Grow the team to 50+ reps, then 100, then 200
  • Develop team leaders from your top performers
  • Own the entire revenue number—if we miss, you own the gap
  • Systemize everything so the engine runs without constant intervention

Throughout: Build the Arsenal

  • Sales collateral that converts (not marketing fluff)
  • Battle cards for every objection
  • Onboarding programs that turn rookies into closers in 2 weeks
  • Compensation plans that reward excellence and weed out mediocrity


Who You Are


Non-Negotiables:

  • You've

    personally closed ₹5+ crore

    in B2B or high-ticket B2C sales (we'll verify every claim)
  • Zoho CRM

    is in your DNA—you think in pipeline stages and conversion metrics
  • You've

    built sales processes from zero

    before (not "contributed to")
  • You're

    commission-driven to your core

    —you'd rather own outcomes than collect a salary
  • You're

    23-32 years old

    with the hunger that comes from wanting to prove something

The Mindset:

  • You wake up thinking about pipeline and go to sleep reviewing conversion rates
  • "No" energizes you rather than discourages you
  • You've out-performed peers consistently and have the track record to prove it
  • You read sales methodology books because you genuinely want to master the craft
  • You're already mentally building the team structure as you read this

What We're NOT Looking For:

  • People who need "clear processes" before they start (you BUILD the processes)
  • Those who've never been the #1 performer on their team
  • Anyone who thinks 50 calls/day is "aggressive"
  • People seeking "learning opportunities" (translation: not ready to execute)
  • Those who need validation or hand-holding


What Success Looks Like

Year 1 Outcomes:

  • ₹15-30 crore in personal + team revenue
  • 50-100 trained sales reps deployed and performing
  • Complete sales playbook documented and proven
  • Established as the revenue leader within the founding team

Year 2 Vision:

  • ₹50-100 crore ARR with 200-person sales organization
  • VP of Sales title with expanded equity stake
  • Multiple team leaders developed from your initial hires
  • Gomini recognized as a category leader in impact investing


Compensation Philosophy

Structure:

  • Base:

    ₹5 lakh/year (covers essentials, nothing more)
  • Commission:

    Uncapped with aggressive accelerators after quota
  • Team Override:

    2-5% of everything your team closes
  • Equity:

    0.5-1% (vesting accelerates with team growth milestones)
