This role is for someone who sees sales not as a job, but as a craft. Someone who believes that the right systems, executed with discipline, can move mountains.
What You'll Build
Months 1-3: Prove the Model
- Close ₹50+ lakh in personal revenue while building the foundational sales playbook
- Create scripts, objection handlers, email sequences, and collateral from scratch
- Master Zoho CRM as your operating system—every action, every insight, logged and tracked
- Test every message, every channel, every approach until you find what converts
Months 4-6: Build Your First Squad
- Hire and train your first 10 sales reps using the playbook you've validated
- Hit ₹2+ crore in team revenue while continuing to close your own deals
- Design compensation structures that attract high-performers and align incentives
- Establish daily rhythms, weekly reviews, and accountability systems
Months 7-12: Scale the Machine
- Grow the team to 50+ reps, then 100, then 200
- Develop team leaders from your top performers
- Own the entire revenue number—if we miss, you own the gap
- Systemize everything so the engine runs without constant intervention
Throughout: Build the Arsenal
- Sales collateral that converts (not marketing fluff)
- Battle cards for every objection
- Onboarding programs that turn rookies into closers in 2 weeks
- Compensation plans that reward excellence and weed out mediocrity
Who You Are
