Our mission is to empower Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through sustainable cow adoption and transparent revenue-sharing models, while leveraging IoT, blockchain, and AI to ensure quality and economic upliftment for rural communities. We provide comprehensive programs and access to leased processing plants to support SHGs. Our premium product portfolio includes A2 dairy products and a variety of organic, eco-friendly materials. Gomini is on a trajectory to create global impact by scaling our operations significantly over the next few decades.


Role Description

Gomini is building a category‑defining platform around indigenous managed dairy-blending heritage, impact, and scale. We’re bringing on a Co‑Founder & Chief Growth Officer whose core mission is to unlock growth capital and craft a crisp, investor‑ready business model and collateral for our FICO and FOCO offerings.

This is a partner‑level role with real ownership, not a job.

Your mandate

  • Architect the model: Create a robust, investor‑grade business model and a clean deck/data room for FICO and FOCO.
  • Own capital raise end‑to‑end: Activate your network, run warm intros, 1:1s, small format investor meets, and close checks.
  • Build a repeatable engine: Outreach calendar, investor CRM, webinars, referral loops, and disciplined follow‑ups.
  • Investor relations: Set expectations clearly, keep communication tight, and cultivate long‑term trust.


Note: You won’t be asked to run farm operations or supply chain. Your number is capital raised; our ops and finance teams handle delivery and reporting.


What great looks like

  • 0–30 days: Publish v1 model + collateral; 20–30 qualified investor conversations; initial commitments.
  • 30–90 days: Multiple closures and a steady cadence of new investor meetings.
  • 6–12 months: A predictable pipeline with repeat investors across India, Singapore, Dubai, and the US diaspora.

You’ll be a fit if you

  • Have a credible investor network among HNIs/family offices and can convert it.
  • Have scaled investment‑heavy plays (franchise/FOCO/FICO/infra/alternates) or led capital formation.
  • Can simplify complex ideas into a narrative investors act on.
  • Carry strong references and a reputation for closing without noise.
