1. 8-10 years of experience in Card Sales, New Business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and account management for Prepaid Cards

2. Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and scaling strategic partnerships

3. Deep understanding of gift card & reloadable cards sales and distribution ecosystem

4.Proven ability to negotiate and structure corporate partnerships

5. Strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset

6. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment with evolving priorities

8. Experience in driving lead generation and successful sales pipelines

9. Strong relationship management skills, with experience in handling large or strategic accounts

10. MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution preferred
