Chief Sales Manager

As the Chief Manager (Sales Export) at one of the largest Cable manufacturing Company in India, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You should have experience in the Exports market in regions such as MENA, APAC, Africa, LATIN AMERICA, etc. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new markets, clients, and business opportunities in the power cable sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners, managing end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to the Head of Exports. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with an MBA being preferred. You should possess 8-12 years of experience in export sales within the power cable industry or electrical industry, specifically EPC or Power products. Strong negotiation, client management, and sales strategy skills are essential, and prior experience in the Europe market would be considered a plus. As the ideal candidate, you should be self-motivated and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
