Are you a visionary product leader with a passion for building world-class products that people live with — not just click on?

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team and drive the end-to-end product charter for a category-defining company that builds physical, customer-centric, high-impact products. Think vehicles, devices, wearables — products you can touch, feel, and be moved by.

This is not a role for the conventional.

We want someone who:

Thinks boldly, executes deeply, and leads empathetically.

Can blend the physical with the digital and the practical with the aspirational.

Believes the product doesn’t end with shipping — but with delighting real people, every day.

What We’re Looking For:

20+ years of product leadership experience, with proven success scaling and shipping manufactured products (automobiles, consumer devices, wearables, mobility tech, etc.).

Strong exposure to consumer-first (B2C) businesses with deep understanding of Indian consumer behaviour and market trends.

A natural innovator with a problem-solving mindset — not afraid to explore uncharted paths.

Tier 1 academic pedigree – ideally Engineering + MBA from top institutions in India or abroad.

Executive presence with boardroom maturity — someone who can influence and align cross-functional and CXO-level stakeholders.

Team player with experience leading large product orgs through growth, uncertainty, pivots, and transformation.

Entrepreneurial DNA or startup experience is highly valued.

Prior exposure to automotive or mobility ecosystems is a strong advantage.
