Job Description

The role based in Noida and requiring 15+ years of experience in Product Strategy & Development reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). As a senior leader in this position, you will need to possess deep domain expertise, exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the Indian regulatory and digital banking ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include translating business vision into customer-centric, scalable, and regulatory-compliant digital solutions. You will own the full product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch, scale-up, and optimization. Additionally, you will drive best-in-class user journeys across mobile and web platforms, leveraging customer insights, analytics, and feedback to enhance product performance and satisfaction. It will be essential to continuously track and improve metrics such as NPS, adoption, engagement, and churn. Ensuring that product offerings adhere to all applicable RBI, NPCI, UIDAI, and other guidelines will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure full regulatory alignment and audit readiness, proactively identifying and mitigating product-related risks. Collaborating effectively with Tech/Engineering, Operations, Business, Compliance, and Customer Service teams will be necessary to ensure seamless execution. You will act as the primary product interface with senior leadership and external stakeholders, leading and mentoring a high-performing product team. Your role will also involve defining and tracking KPIs across product performance, customer metrics, and operational efficiency. You will be required to present key product updates and risk reviews to internal governance forums and regulatory bodies as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will have demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital financial products, particularly Wallets, CASA, UPI, FASTag, IMPS, and related services. Experience in managing large teams and complex cross-functional initiatives is essential. In terms of skills and competencies, deep product management expertise with a customer-first mindset is crucial. You should be able to operate effectively in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment, possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and be a strategic thinker with a strong execution focus. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred from top-ranked universities.
