Chief Operating Officer

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Siddipet, Telangana (On-Site)

Reporting To: Top Management

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced COO (Plant Head) to lead end-to-end operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Defence manufacturing processes (preferably small arms), strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in running efficient and compliant production units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and quality compliance.
• Drive operational excellence across VMC, CNC, and related machining processes.
• Lead workforce planning, production scheduling and resource allocation for optimal output.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business strategies.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in manufacturing / operations leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in VMC/CNC machines, CNC Programs, tool programming and process optimization.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operations in precision engineering/manufacturing industries.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to defense/arms manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
