Masterflexo Cables Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our complete business operations and contribute to organizational growth. The ideal candidate will manage inflows (orders) and outflows (dispatches), lead operational teams, and actively generate new business through their network and industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline day-to-day operations: Production, QC, Procurement, Dispatch, Sales & Admin
• Track and report incoming business (orders) and outgoing dispatch/logistics
• Ensure timely delivery, vendor coordination, and raw material planning
• Oversee cost control, productivity, and quality in line with IS standards (IS 694, IS 1554, IS 7098)
• Prepare performance reports, set KPIs, and monitor cross-functional targets
• Ensure operational readiness for audits, client visits, and inspections
• Actively generate new business using personal industry connections and networks
• Identify growth opportunities in government, infrastructure, and private sectors
• Collaborate with Sales & BD teams for tendering, pricing, and proposal strategies
• Build a performance-driven, accountable team culture

Candidate Profile:

• B.E. (Engineering) or MBA in Operations/Business Management
• 10–15 years in cable/electrical manufacturing sector with leadership exposure
• Strong operational control, vendor negotiation, and project execution experience
• Deep industry network to generate business and project leads
• Proficient in ERP, MS Excel, production scheduling, and dispatch coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
