Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for cable products, factoring in materials, labor, and overheads. Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor budgets, perform variance analysis, and support cost-saving strategies. Cable Design Software Expertise: Design various cable configurations using industry-standard software tools. (Knowledge of cable design software is mandatory.) BOM Management: Create and maintain detailed and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs). Supplier Cost Evaluation: Assess vendor pricing, support negotiations, and identify procurement efficiencies. Cost Reporting: Generate periodic cost analysis reports and present cost trends to management. Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with design, procurement, production, and finance teams. Process Optimization: Recommend automation and improvements in costing and design processes. Standards & Compliance: Ensure all designs and costing practices comply with industry and quality standards. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cable design software. ✅ Candidate Profile: B.E.
