Job Title: Back Office Executive (Female)
Company: Masterflexo Cables Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and responsible female Back Office Executive to join our team at Masterflexo Cables Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling client communication, follow-ups, and supporting daily office activities. She will also accompany the MD for occasional meetings and visit clients once, if needed, for formal introductions or coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Make follow-up calls to existing and potential clients.
Maintain proper records of all client communication and follow-up status.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements.
Send quotations, follow up on orders, and handle related documentation.
Visit the client only once for introduction or specific coordination tasks.
Accompany the MD to client meetings or site visits, when required.
Assist in managing emails, maintaining records, and other office tasks.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times.

Requirements:

Female candidate only.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
Presentable and proactive with a positive attitude.
Prior experience in back office, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
