Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Chief of Staff to partner closely with our CEO and leadership team. This is a senior role that blends strategy, operations, and execution. If you’re someone who thrives on making things happen behind the scenes while also shaping big-picture priorities, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll do

Work directly with the CEO on company priorities, helping turn vision into action.
Keep the leadership team aligned — setting agendas, tracking decisions, and making sure follow-ups actually get done.
Take ownership of special projects that don’t fit neatly into one department but are critical to the company’s growth.
Prepare reports, decks, and updates that help the CEO communicate clearly with the team
Keep an eye on key company metrics and make sure we’re moving in the right direction.
Act as a trusted sounding board for the CEO and help anticipate challenges before they become problems.
Support culture and team-building efforts — making sure our people are informed, engaged, and motivated.

What we’re looking for

7–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or senior leadership support (media background is a must).
Strong business judgment — you know how to balance creative vision with financial and operational realities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; you can write clearly and present ideas in a way that sticks.
Comfortable handling ambiguity — you enjoy solving problems that don’t have a playbook.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once without losing track of the details.
Someone who can earn trust quickly and build strong relationships across different teams.
