Chief of Staff

This is a generalist role working directly with the founders. Fast-moving ownership across client work, admin, and special projects. This is a high-impact role.

At Nextworks AI, we’re building a generational company. We are Berkeley and Microsoft engineers that have scaled products to millions of users. We're not another AI consultancy - we deliver results with end-to-end software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Admin

  : You'll handle admin and operational work

• Client work

  : You'll draft client proposals, presentations, and deliver technical projects

• Research

  : You'll research market trends, latest tech, and business opportunities

• Coordination

  : You'll be expected to have a say in important daily decisions
• Marketing / Engineering experience is a plus (optional)

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record of tech-driven impact
• You genuinely want to work hard and build something meaningful
• You are self-driven for remote, and frankly unstructured, work

This is a completely remote position - 6 days/week.
