Chief of Staff

We are looking for a 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙛 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙛𝙛 (𝘾𝙊𝙎) 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙀𝙊 – a visionary execution partner who will act as the right hand to the CEO and play a mission-critical role in aligning business functions, driving strategic priorities, and enabling cross-functional collaboration.

🔹 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

The COS will work closely with the CEO to:

• Drive the CEO’s agenda across the organization.

• Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, tracked, and delivered.

• Integrate business functions to improve agility and execution.

• Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizer, and trusted advisor to the CEO.

• Facilitate leadership reviews, business planning, and operational excellence.

🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

✅ MBA/PGDM from a 𝙏𝙞𝙚𝙧-1 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚 (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.)

✅ 7–12 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or as a COS.

✅ Must have worked in a product-based industry (manufacturing, auto, consumer goods, etc.)

✅ Strong exposure to working with 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙧-𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨.

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
