Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will support the executive team by managing and prioritizing projects, enhancing internal operations, and facilitating efficient decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring alignment of activities with the organizational goals. The role also involves preparing reports, developing agendas, and acting as a key communicator within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strategic Planning and Project Management skills
• Experience in Operational Management and Internal Coordination
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and develop meeting agendas
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to facilitate efficient decision-making processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector or related fields is a plus
