A. Job Description - Chief of Staff

· Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

· Manage day-to-day priorities and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

· Oversee special projects, drive process improvements, and identify efficiency opportunities.

· Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership teams to maintain alignment and accountability.

· Facilitate leadership meetings, track progress on action items, and follow up with stakeholders.

· Foster communication and collaboration across teams to enhance productivity and culture.

· Draft executive communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

· Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

· Conduct research, analysis, and briefings to support executive decision-making.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
