Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Founder to define organizational goals and ensure effective execution across departments.
• Manage and prioritize cross-department projects spanning multiple service areas.
• Drive collaboration between Growth, Brand, Operations, Product, and Partnerships teams.
• Lead execution of major events, product launches, and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain effective internal communications to keep all teams aligned with the company’s mission.
• Monitor performance metrics, track milestones, and implement corrective actions.
• Represent leadership in key meetings and external engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 14+ years of experience in high-impact operations, strategy, or program leadership, preferably in health-tech, D2C, or B2C industry
• Strong ability to turn strategic plans into actionable outcomes.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to inspire and align diverse teams.
• Data-driven approach with experience in dashboards and performance tracking.
• An entrepreneurial mindset aligned with values of joy, independence, and agency.
