Role & responsibilities Strategy Execution & Project Management Translate the founders high-level vision into clear quarterly OKRs and drive them through teams. Track progress of strategic initiatives across Netport India, Singapore, and Taiwan. Own weekly dashboards, cross-functional check-ins, and risk mitigation plans. Team Management & Cross-functional Coordination Supervise and drive accountability across finance, operations, procurement, and post-sales delivery teams. Ensure timely execution of customer deliverablesespecially for high-stakes defense and industrial clients. Monitor team performance and escalate blockers directly to the CEO with solutions, not just problems. Internal Communications & Process Design Create streamlined workflows, SOPs, and internal playbooks for common ops. Maintain high-quality internal reporting and communication cadence across entities. Manage calendaring, agendas, and follow-ups for executive-level reviews. Founder Enablement & Special Projects Act as the primary liaison for the CEO on high-priority decisions, especially during travel or business development efforts. Run internal projects like hiring key leadership roles, ERP migrations, venture studio initiatives, etc. Help build the executive team – vet and manage EAs, analysts, and interns. Preferred candidate profile 5–10 years of experience in similar role Experience managing multi-department operations (finance, ops, supply chain, post-sales). Exceptional communication, ownership mindset, and structured thinking. Comfortable with ambiguity, but allergic to inefficiency. MBA/EMBA or a track record that renders one unnecessary.
