🔧 ABOUT THE ROLE

Chief of Staff

operated at the scale-up phase

🎯 CORE MANDATE

scale revenue, increase retention, and professionalize operations

You will:

• Run the

  weekly operating rhythm

  —forecasting, pipeline reviews, post-sales health, churn audits, hiring syncs, and board prep.
• Own the

  annual and quarterly OKRs

  and ensure every function is aligned and performing.
• Identify and unblock bottlenecks in

  GTMM (go-to-market motion)

  and

  CS (customer success)

  .
• Hire, fire, coach, and level up functional heads—Sales, Success, Product, Engineering, Support.
• Institutionalize playbooks, dashboards, and rituals that can support Unifyed's leap from

  $15M to $50M ARR

  .
• Partner with ElevenX and the Unifyed Board on capital planning, growth strategy, and strategic partnerships.

🧠 WHO YOU ARE

• 10+ years

  experience in high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Have held

  VP or COO

  titles or were the secret operator behind the CEO in an early-stage rocketship.
• Deep understanding of

  higher education, govtech, or vertical SaaS

  is a bonus.
• Comfortable managing

  distributed teams

  and enforcing execution hygiene in chaos.
• Fluent in

  SaaS KPIs

  —CAC, LTV, NRR, Magic Number, CSAT, GRR, etc.
• MBA from a top-tier school or equivalent experience in

  private equity, consulting, or venture-backed ops

  is a plus—but not required.
