Job Title: Chief of Staff

Reports To: CEO / CIO / Founder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic, organized, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to support executive leadership in driving business priorities. This role serves as a force multiplier for the executive, managing cross-functional initiatives, streamlining operations, and enabling effective decision-making.

Note: Candidate need to be flexible with the work hours and also need to have their own car/motorbike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, supporting strategy execution and priority alignment
• Drive key projects, track progress, and ensure accountability across teams
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration between departments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for board and leadership meetings
• Manage the executive's calendar, workflow, and special initiatives

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in consulting, operations, strategy, or a similar leadership role
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
