Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at Ivy School, you will play a vital role in opening doors within the K12 ecosystem, including private schools, international schools, and alternative learning institutions. This is not your traditional sales role, as you will have the opportunity to shape the educational future of thousands of children by engaging with educators, delivering compelling presentations, and closing impactful deals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Outreach: - Identify decision-makers in K12 institutions such as principals, school directors, and curriculum heads. - Build a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound emails, calls, school visits, and events. - Product Pitching & Demoing: - Conduct engaging presentations and demos of Ivy School's programs to school stakeholders. - Articulate the value of Ivy's unique curriculum and its real-world outcomes for students. - Relationship Building: - Develop long-term relationships with educators, influencers, and parent communities. - Represent Ivy School in a professional, responsive, and mission-driven manner in all interactions. - Conversion & Revenue Generation: - Convert leads to partnerships, whether through direct enrollments, schoolwide collaborations, or referral arrangements. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Feedback Loop: - Gather market insights, school feedback, and competitor information to inform product and strategy teams. Qualifications Required: Must-Haves: - 2-4 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, preferably in edtech, publishing, or K12 sectors. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting over Zoom or in-person. - Self-starter with a track record of managing your own pipeline and achieving targets. - Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional proficiency in a regional language is a bonus). Bonus If You Have: - Existing network in Indian private/international schools. - Experience in school-facing roles such as admissions, partnerships, or consulting. - Background in education, child development, or teaching.
