Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohini for a Chief Medical Officer. The Chief Medical Officer will oversee medical affairs, manage utilization programs, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. This role involves strategic planning, guiding managed care operations, and coordinating medical-related policies across the organization. The individual will act as a liaison between clinical teams, administrative staff, and leadership to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medicine, including advanced clinical knowledge and care delivery
• Experience in Utilization Management and Managed Care to optimize resources effectively
• Expertise in Medical Affairs, ensuring regulatory compliance and policy development
• Strong Strategic Planning abilities to guide organizational growth and clinical excellence
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with significant experience in senior healthcare management
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies in the region
