What You’ll Do

• Define and execute a powerful

  sales & marketing strategy

• Identify

  for our products across industries and geographies.
• Create

  unique differentiators

  to position our brand strongly against global competitors.
• Build, mentor, and lead a

  high-performance sales & marketing team

  — leading from the front.
• Establish deep customer & industry networks to expand market share.
• Work closely with leadership on

  brand building, partnerships, and market expansion

• Deliver measurable results through

  performance-driven growth strategies

  .

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years

  of proven sales & marketing experience in related fields:

  Plasma Cutting, Laser Cutting/Welding, Welding Automation, Robotics, or Industrial Equipment

  .
• Degree from a

  premier technical institution

  (IIT/NIT or equivalent preferred).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with

  hunger to create impact and disrupt the market

  .
• Demonstrated ability to

  build teams, open new markets, and scale businesses

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Someone who thrives on

  challenges, ownership, and accountability

  .
