Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager, your role involves demonstrating and driving effective marketing strategies that align with current business strategies. You will work on core strengths, product details, and primary market insights to enhance brand architecture. Analyzing existing and new market trends and opportunities through customer feedback and industry input will be crucial. Developing KPIs and time-bound marketing reports to ensure profitable revenue goals is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing result-driven content and social media marketing strategies, establishing efficient brand preference for clients, improving ongoing acquisitions, exploring new channels, leading campaigns to deliver specific messages to target audiences, and creating and managing annual budgets in coordination with the head of finance and concerned officials. Leading the team effectively while fostering an inspiring environment for better output is also part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or an advanced degree in Marketing or MBA is desirable. - Strong experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, and mass advertising. - Over 5 years of experience as a leader in marketing operations. - Core understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation metrics, as well as financial ROI analysis. - Proficient in communication skills and effective influencer. - Strong analytical skills. - Technically sound to work with technical teams. - Experienced in B2B SaaS and cloud business application market. - An inspirational leader who will help achieve success-oriented goals.,
