Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor's or an advanced degree in Marketing or MBA is desirable for this role. You should have strong experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, and mass advertising. With over 5 years of experience as a leader in marketing operations, you should possess a core understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation metrics, as well as financial ROI analysis. Proficiency in communication skills and effective influencing are necessary. Strong analytical skills are a must, and being technically sound to work with technical teams is advantageous.
