Chief Marketing Officer

As a dynamic marketing leader with a background in EPC or contracting and experience in marketing agencies, you have the opportunity to join our organization as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing, branding, and communication strategy of our organization, with a particular focus on the civil contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil contracting firms and measurable experience in the EPC industry. You will be based in Pune, Maharashtra, and will lead the Marketing Department. The industry focus will be on EPC, Contracting, and Real Estate. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing, branding, and communication strategies across physical and digital platforms. You will design EPC products across diverse asset classes, aligning them with market-driven strategies, and providing end-to-end leadership in the execution of physical and digital marketing strategies. Additionally, you will lead efforts in pricing models and market positioning of various EPC or real estate asset classes, standardize brand communications, develop integrated marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement frameworks, and define the brand and marketing structure. Collaborating with leadership, you will build and execute strategic plans for different business verticals aligned with Annual Operating Plans, create compelling internal and external communication plans, and foster strong media relationships while leading PR efforts. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communication strategy, with 10-15 years in ATL/BTL activities and 10-15 years in the EPC/civil contracting industry. Prior agency experience is a plus, especially if combined with strong experience in real estate and contracting firms. An MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred. You should possess visionary leadership and team management skills, be a strategic thinker with hands-on marketing execution abilities, and have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
