Chief Marketing Officer

Role Overview: As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for our startup, your main responsibility will be to drive marketing and business growth. You will be tasked with developing and executing marketing and growth strategies, bringing in IT projects and business opportunities, and scaling our T/M CRM (Tiffin & Mess CRM) across India. Your role will be crucial in improving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and lead generation for our CRM platform. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to drive business expansion - Bring in IT-related projects and business opportunities to support company growth - Drive lead generation and establish partnerships to enhance the reach of T/M CRM - Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and ads - Enhance brand visibility and improve customer acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in marketing, IT sales, or business development - Strong networking and communication skills to build and maintain partnerships - Ability to independently generate leads and drive business growth - Understanding of CRM/SaaS products is a plus - Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment Additional Company Details: The compensation for this role is freelancer-based, with an equity-based component that is performance-dependent.
