Role – Chief Marketing Officer – IOO, Sesa Goa

Location: Barbil - Odisha

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develops and executes marketing strategies to drive sales of iron ore products by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

2. Identifies new markets and customer segments, builds long-term relationships, and collaborates with channel partners to maximize product movement.

3. Tracks sales performance, gathers market intelligence, and provides regular insights to management to support strategic decision-making.

4. Coordinates with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely dispatches and smooth customer settlements.

5. Uses customer feedback and market data to refine pricing strategies, address grievances, and position products effectively.

6. Ensures compliance with company policies and prepares for audits by maintaining accurate records and achieving high audit scores.

7. Leads the implementation of frameworks like Rubaru to ensure alignment with manpower planning, skill development, and leadership engagement.

8. Anticipates demand fluctuations using predictive analytics and explores new transportation routes to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Tech/ MBA with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
