We are now launching our dedicated Biogas EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) division, aiming to become a leader in waste-to-energy solutions across Tamil Nadu and beyond.

To lead this crucial vertical, we are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with in-depth knowledge of the biogas industry, especially in the Tamil Nadu market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for the Biogas EPC vertical, aligned with business goals.
• Business Development: Identify new project opportunities, especially in industrial, agricultural, municipal, and institutional segments.
• Government Liaison: Lead tendering, government project outreach, and compliance with local energy regulations and schemes in Tamil Nadu.
• Team Building & Leadership: Build and manage a high-performance marketing and BD team.
• Brand Positioning: Establish Ishvaryam as a trusted and recognizable EPC partner in the renewable energy space.
• Market Insights: Analyze competitor activities, emerging trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Partnership Development: Forge alliances with technology providers, contractors, and sustainability-focused organizations.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 10+ years in marketing and business development in the Biogas / Renewable Energy / EPC industry.
• Regional Expertise: Strong network and experience within the Tamil Nadu energy/infrastructure market is mandatory.
• Educational Background:
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Strategy (preferred)
• Technical background in Energy / Environmental Engineering is a plus
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Tamil ,English & Hindi)
• Leadership mindset with strong execution capability
• Understanding of government policy and incentive schemes in renewable energy

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 1lakh to 2 lakh
• Performance-based Incentives
• Leadership Role: Direct reporting to Managing Director

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
