Who You Are:

• 1+ years in

  SaaS marketing or startup growth

• Proven

  community building experience

  (startup ecosystems, creator communities, or tech products)
• Comfortable in

  early-stage chaos

  — resourceful and execution-focused
• Passionate about

  building from zero

  and scaling fast
• Ready to join as

  co-founder with equity (no fixed salary initially)
