Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive brand positioning, awareness, and market expansion across online & offline channels.
• Lead the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Influencer Marketing, Email, Content).
• Develop performance-driven campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee PR, events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and optimize ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver impactful results.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership & cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) for aligned growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and growth marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to scale brands and deliver measurable business impact.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in e-commerce / retail industry will be a strong plus.
• MBA/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
