Role Overview: We're seeking a creative, camera-savvy Digital Content Creator to produce standout content specifically for Instagram and YouTube . From ideation to post-production, you’ll take the lead in crafting video and visual content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and connects with our community. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands visual storytelling, and knows what makes a reel, short, or vlog actually perform. Key Responsibilities: Develop, shoot, and edit original video content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels) and YouTube (Shorts, Vlogs, Tutorials, Behind-the-Scenes, etc.) Collaborate on content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, or trends. Present on camera or direct talent as needed (optional based on the brand). Write captions, video titles, descriptions, and hashtags optimized for engagement and discoverability. Analyze post performance and use insights to improve future content. Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and content trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience creating content for Instagram and/or YouTube. Strong video production skills: shooting, editing, sound, lighting (especially mobile content creation). Strong storytelling skills with a clear understanding of platform-specific formats. Knowledge of social media analytics and optimizations for YouTube and Instagram. Able to work independently. Nice to Have: On-camera presence or hosting experience. We aim to break the silence around menstruation and build a global movement for period positivity. Our products are backed by traditional wisdom and modern science, crafted to bring both physical and emotional support. We are in the early stage of product development and preparing to launch our first four products. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the ground level and shape the brand’s marketing vision. Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and creative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can lead the marketing efforts for Basanto. You will be responsible for building the brand from scratch, driving awareness, shaping customer perception, and leading customer acquisition across digital and offline channels. As an early-stage CMO, you’ll wear many hats – from brand strategy to performance marketing, content, partnerships, and community building. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and refine Basanto’s brand voice, identity, and positioning in the women’s wellness space. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints – digital, packaging, offline, and partnerships. Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute launch strategies for the first product line (herbal teas). Create marketing campaigns for both D2C channels (Amazon, website) and offline retail. Digital Marketing & Growth Lead performance marketing across platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon). Drive SEO, content, and influencer marketing to build awareness and organic reach. Community Building Build and engage a strong online community around menstrual wellness and period positivity. Collaborate with health experts, creators, and educators to build credibility. Partnerships & PR Identify and execute collaborations with relevant brands, NGOs, and media. Build strong PR campaigns to establish Basanto as a thought leader in women’s wellness. Analytics & ROI Track marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion rates) and optimize for growth. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI-driven execution. Qualifications & Skills 6–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in D2C brands, FMCG, nutraceuticals, or wellness sectors . Proven success in building and scaling brands from early stage to growth. Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth hacking, and performance-driven campaigns. A creative storyteller with the ability to connect emotionally with women audiences. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
