Role Overview

You will work closely with the product engineering team, enterprise clients, and partners to ensure that our platform delivers unmatched value, while building the company’s brand presence and accelerating its expansion across India, APAC, North America, and Europe.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Leadership (CMO Functions)
- Define and execute a global marketing, branding, and positioning strategy.
- Act as the
CMO-in-a-box
for BrandVelocity’s customers, leading campaigns, content, performance, and community engagement. - Build BrandVelocity’s identity as a category leader in
AI-powered marketing and AdTech
. - Collaborate with the product team to align platform features with client needs.
- Drive demand generation through digital campaigns, content, thought leadership, and events.
- Develop BrandVelocity’s community ecosystem of brands, agencies, and creators.
Growth & Sales Leadership (Head of Growth Functions)
- Own
B2B sales and revenue growth
, working with enterprise clients, SMBs, and agencies. - Design and implement
go-to-market strategies
for different markets and verticals. - Build strategic partnerships with agencies, ecosystem players, and technology providers.
- Leverage
C-level connections across India, APAC, North America, and Europe
to drive business expansion. - Establish repeatable sales playbooks, growth funnels, and CRM processes.
- Directly engage with enterprise clients, understand their pain points, and influence the product roadmap.
- Own growth KPIs, pipeline metrics, and global expansion goals.
Leadership & Strategic Impact
- Work closely with the founders to shape BrandVelocity’s
vision and global strategy
. - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and growth.
- Represent BrandVelocity with investors, clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Build a high-performance growth culture with accountability, innovation, and scale at its core.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
8–15 years in senior roles across marketing, growth, or sales leadership—preferably in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or digital-first enterprises.Global Sales & Marketing Expertise:
Minimum 5–6+ years in B2B sales and GTM strategy, with proven ability to scale businesses internationally.C-Level Network:
Strong connections in India, APAC, North America, and Europe.D2C & Enterprise Mix:
Experience working with D2C brands and managing enterprise clients.Tech-Savvy Marketer:
Strong knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, analytics, and AI-driven tools.Product-Oriented Leader:
Ability to translate customer pain points into product features.Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Comfortable in early-stage startup environments, thrives on ownership.Leadership:
