Chief Manager - Legal

Position Demands

Legal and industry Background (7-10 years of relevant experience)
Bachelor s degree in law
Hands-on experience on Power Sector
Knowledge of substantive contractual, business, commercial and property laws

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Contract Drafting and Review (

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of contracts including):Supply and service contractsEPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreementsO&M (Operations & Maintenance) agreements.Tender and bidding documents.HR & admin-related service contractsTransmission and utility contractsInternational contracts, NDAs, MOUs, standard T&Cs etc.Financing contracts

4. Bid Review and Support

5. Negotiation and Finalization
