Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for various aspects of HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing employee data repository with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates. - Driving process improvements and automation in HR operations for enhanced efficiency and employee experience. - Ensuring smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, system access, and orientation. - Designing and delivering induction programs aligned with company culture and compliance requirements. - Ensuring adherence to labour laws, aviation industry regulations, and internal policies for compliance and documentation. - Maintaining and auditing employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation. - Managing exit formalities, clearance, documentation, and final settlement (FNF) for employees. - Conducting exit interviews, analyzing trends for retention insights, and ensuring compliance with exit protocols. - Developing and implementing HRSS strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Leading and mentoring the HRSS team to deliver high-quality service and support. - Monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics for continuous improvement. Essential Attributes: - Proficiency in Excel, PPT/visualization tools. - Ability to think strategically and apply findings to improve performance. - Excellent communication & collaboration skills with COEs. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with various teams within the commercial function. Desirable Attributes: - Strategic thinking with operational excellence. - Experience working on Success Factors is preferred. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Tech-savvy with experience in HR systems and data analytics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education & Qualifications: - MBA/PGDM from a top-tier HR or related discipline. - Minimum 12+ years of experience in an HR Shared Services role.,
