Responsibilities

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Represent organization’s financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities (TDS, GST) along with any submissions and forecasts, including monthly / annual closing reports.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Responsible for treasury function including cash flow & funds flow management
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Create and present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
Additional duties as necessary

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8 – 10 years of post-CA experience
You have knowledge of IFRS/IND-AS
You have worked with NBFC (Preferable)
You have strong analytical skills and attention to details
You are willing to work in a highly-result driven team environment
You are a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
You have knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes
You have knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, practices, and procedures
You have the ability to create spreadsheets and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software
