Job Description

Proven experience in security coordination, program management, and stakeholder coordination.

Knowledge and experience with electronic and automated security systems.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Expertise in security processes related to Right of Way (RoW) and community engagement.
Analytical and problem-solving acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage budgets and create insightful dashboards.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review security policies, procedures, and strategies for mitigation of Right of Way (RoW) issues.
Manage and lead security-related programs, including electronic and automated security system implementation.
Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
Establish and maintain community engagement processes related to security and project operations.
Lead and manage security teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
Review and prepare budgets related to admin, security and stakeholder projects and programs.
Create and maintain dashboards and presentations for reporting security status, risks, and project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Handle incident response and emergency preparedness across Project and OM sites.
Train team on security protocols and data management/MIS requirements.
