Chief Manager Education and Training

Role Overview: As a Manager/Chief Manager - Education and Training - Accountancy and Business Studies at the esteemed organization, your primary role will be to provide domain and training support to all teachers of consultancy SEL schools. Your responsibilities will include developing, reviewing, and implementing curriculum and pedagogy regularly. You will also be involved in researching and developing documentation and intellectual property for owned schools and SEL consultancy projects. Additionally, you will facilitate and enable the timely setup of SEL schools from year zero onwards, ensuring project budgets and excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Providing onsite and offsite support for setting up K-12 schools from the feasibility stage to year zero - Working closely with the SEL team to develop the 30-year feasibility plan - Ensuring documentation of required school-related policies for SEL is in line with the services offered - Providing infrastructure plans for the development of learning spaces - Supporting in designing, planning, and reviewing infra design drafts - Customizing the curriculum to cater to local needs - Screening and approving teaching faculty and conducting Continuous Professional Development for them - Developing and reviewing policies, handbooks, and other communication material - Ensuring effective rollout of school management systems and implementation of Operations policies - Coordinating with other SEL support processes and the school for providing Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, and Administrative support - Guiding schools towards meeting projected student numbers for project viability - Participating in training programs and keeping informed about the latest pedagogy and best practices in the education domain Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of teaching experience in a school environment with classroom experience of teaching Accountancy and Business Studies in senior classes - Hold a Masters degree, B.Ed., with Accountancy and Business Studies as methodology subjects - Candidates staying in and around Gurugram are preferred, as the office is located in Sector 50, Nirvana Country, Gurugram.,
