Purpose of Role

For strengthening of our internal SAP IT team, we would like to employ a SAP ABAP and Integration expert. This is a hands-on role. The candidate will drive and oversee ABAP developments and be the point of contact for any technical solutions. He collaborates closely with SAP functionals (in-house and AMS support) who are responsible for managing the SAP Solution across the organization. Our system landscape comprises SAP ECC 6 EHP 7 with SD, MM, PS, PP, PM, FICO, and TRM modules. SAP S/4 HANA implementation in RISE environment is in pipeline for the next financial year.

Position Title

Chief Manager - ABAP Developer

Position Demands

  • Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP WRICEF, OO ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, and RFC and in S/4 HANA development artifacts (CDS, ODATA, AMDP, and ABAP API)
  • At least 8 years of SAP ABAP and integration development experience in ECC and S/4 HANA environment.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement SAP technical solutions together with SAP functionals.
  • Technical verification of functional specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP and integration solutions.
  • Oversee all technical developments by AMS partners.
  • Implement SAP development quality gate for S/4 HANA implementation.
