Short Role Overview:

• The CGM is responsible for overseeing the complete operations, execution, and progress of all project sites across India. This senior leadership role involves end-to-end project execution, direct coordination with project coordinators, site project managers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall site operations for all ongoing infrastructure projects.
• Ensure timely and quality execution of projects within the defined budget and schedule.
• Supervise and guide project coordinators and site project managers to maintain uniform operational standards.
• Establish and enforce site safety, quality, and compliance protocols.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress reports, resource allocation, material planning, and technical milestones.
• Take strategic decisions related to manpower deployment, subcontracting, and material usage.
• Coordinate with billing, purchase, logistics, and design departments for seamless operations.
• Ensure efficient problem resolution and risk management at all levels of project execution.
• Represent the company in high-level client and consultant meetings regarding project updates and performance.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–20 years of extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership in overseeing multiple construction sites and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry-related software (AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP systems, etc.)
• Excellent project planning, execution, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across distributed teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
