Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Realtime Data Analyst to act as the communication bridge between our project sites and the head office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering real-time updates on site progress, escalating issues to the respective teams for resolution, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with all project sites daily to collect real-time updates on work progress and status.
• Track project milestones, site activities, and immediate requirements from the field.
• Identify and escalate issues or bottlenecks to the concerned teams (Billing, Purchase, Transport, or Project Management) for quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate data records in Excel and prepare daily/weekly reporting dashboards.
• Draft professional emails, reports, and summaries for internal and client communication.
• Act as a communication link between site engineers, project managers, and head office teams.
• Ensure transparency and consistency in data collection, reporting, and escalation.
• Support management in decision-making by providing timely and reliable data insights.

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) in Hindi and English (Odia is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, and reporting tools.
• Excellent telephone and email communication etiquette.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.
• Good understanding of construction site operations and technical terminology.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site updates simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
